Kelly Eastman

Jonah Edward Conner

LPC

Difficult times should not be experienced alone. If you are reading this, I am so happy you are seeking the help you deserve. As a previous school counselor, I enjoy working with adolescents… to our “adolescent-at-heart” individuals! My approach to therapy is client-centered first, followed by Internal Family Systems, or DBT, depending on the best fit. I wish to walk alongside the individuals I’m working with as they hike the path of healing. I believe a strong relationship is vital to identifying goals and tasks that lead to fulfillment.

As a previous school counselor & Licensed Professional Counselor, some of my specialties include anxiety, depression, relationships & conflicts, self-esteem, self-harm, grief and loss, divorce, and life transitions. Also, school issues include 504 plans, IEP's, learning disabilities, college planning, bullying, and test anxiety.

I joined this profession as I once needed help, too. When I saw the gift therapy provided and the growth it could achieve, I strove to give this gift to others. Give me a call to begin this journey.
